A quiet splash of colour at Cosy Club 🎆

Cosy Club explored firework art over two sessions, first with our younger pupils and then with Key Stage 2.

Using coloured chalk on black card, the children drew lines of light spreading out from a central point. Long, sweeping trails and short, sparkling strokes stood out against the dark background, creating the effect of fireworks lighting up a night sky.

The children particularly enjoyed the calm atmosphere. With time to choose their colours and work at their own pace, both groups could settle into their drawing and enjoy a quiet, creative break in the school day. 💜💛
