Autumn Colours and Cosy Company 🍂
For their second session, our three Year 6 Cosy Club leaders brought children together for autumnal colouring.
The activity offered a gentle way to enjoy lunchtime: choosing colours, creating pictures and spending time with others. Children could chat as they worked or simply enjoy quiet company, with a shared activity providing an easy starting point for connection.
As our Reading Ambassadors and Wellbeing Crew, the girls are developing a club that welcomes different interests and needs. Alongside sessions for KS1 and KS2, they offer quieter opportunities for children who would appreciate a calmer space or a friendly face.
Their thoughtful leadership reminds us that small acts of service can make a difference—welcoming someone, sharing an activity and helping them feel that they belong.
The Cosy Club: making room for creativity, calm and friendship. 💜
