Start of School Year Mass
This week, our school community gathered at St Joseph’s Church for the Start of School Year Mass, a beautiful tradition that marks the beginning of our journey together.
Year 6 led the Mass with great maturity and reverence, reading clearly, singing joyfully, and helping to set a reflective tone for the term ahead. The rest of the school joined in with enthusiasm, creating a real sense of unity, hope, and belonging.
Starting the year as a community of faith reminds us that we are never alone - we are part of something bigger. As we grow and learn together, we are guided by our shared values, our school vision, and our mission to serve and love one another.
We are also looking forward to a special Welcome and Blessing for our Reception children once they have become more settled, so we can formally gather as a whole school to welcome the newest members of our St Joseph’s family.
A beautiful beginning to a new chapter!
