Walking Together, Helping Others — Our Good Shepherd Walk 🐑💜💛

Our Good Shepherd Walk: Friendship and Faith in Action

Our school community stepped out together for the Good Shepherd Walk, supporting the Bishop’s charity, Catholic Care, through its Good Shepherd Appeal.

The children walked approximately two miles to a local park, carrying banners to share the purpose of their journey. Older classes walked alongside their reading buddies, offering a reassuring hand and encouragement along the way. It was a lovely opportunity to strengthen friendships and enjoy being together as one school family.

Our fundraising put Catholic Social Teaching into action through solidarity and care for people in need. Just as Jesus, the Good Shepherd, cares for his flock, we are called to look after one another.

Thank you to everyone who supported the walk, and to older pupils for showing our virtue of service through their care for our younger pupils. 💜💛
