Faith Mentors

A listening ear. A space to ask. A chance to grow.

At St Joseph’s, we nurture the faith and understanding of the adults who guide our children. Our Faith Mentors, Mrs Delahay and Mrs Keith, offer a warm welcome and a listening ear to all members of staff.

Whether a question is about prayer, Scripture, the sacraments, Catholic teaching or something encountered in school life, all questions are welcome. Through conversation and reflection, we explore the answers together, supporting colleagues to grow in understanding and confidence.

Staff of all faiths and none are welcome, whatever their starting point. No question is too small, and nobody is expected to have all the answers.

By nurturing our staff, we strengthen our whole school community and help our children encounter Christ’s love through the adults who teach, support and care for them.
